Utility Billing

Office Hours are Monday - Friday from 8AM to 5PM.

• Effective November 1, 2025, we will no longer accept American Express. 
• Effective November 1, 2025, there will be a 3.95% card processing fee.
  

• If you are scheduled for disconnection or have been disconnected, please contact Utility Billing once payment of the full past due balance and all fees are paid to ensure services will be restored same day. 

• Scheduling future payments or setting up AutoPay online does not exempt you from any late fees or cutoff fees. If not paid by due date, you can and will be charged a late fee. If not paid by disconnect date, services can and will be cutoff and charged a cutoff fee. 
• Making a payment does not cancel your scheduled payment. You will have to manually cancel your scheduled payment.
• Please check your card expiration date to see if you need to update it to avoid any late fees.
